When I first started investing, it took six months to land my first deal. During that time there were moments where I honestly didn’t know if this was going to work. 
Then the first deal finally came through.
It produced about $12,000, which gave me a little breathing room.
Not long after that, another deal closed for $33,000.
And that’s when something important clicked.
It wasn’t hustle that created those results.
It was structure.
